Getting started is easier than you think. Contact us about setting up an appointment and when your appointment is set, the paperwork is emailed to you. You fill out the paperwork online, upload your insurance card or other payment method and the link to the online appointment is emailed to you. A text reminder about your appointment is also sent to you. Simple practice is the software that we use for initial appointments and billing, RemotEMDR is used for processing and both are HIPPA compliant platforms that are designed for privacy and optimal interaction. You can use your phone, laptop or computer for services, but a larger screen is optimal for the eye movements required for EMDR.
